Around 1 in 5 people in the UK have an impairment of some kind, and this can lead to them being excluded from the services and facilities that others can enjoy.

At Kirkland Training we believe that disability should not be a barrier to accessing the great hospitality and tourism businesses we have in the UK. We can train your teams to deliver great service to all customers, through learning about visible and hidden disabilities; understanding the law and discrimination; thinking about how to tailor service to make it inclusive; and how to ensure that fear and lack of knowledge doesn’t affect our ability to welcome all customers.
