Standard Operating Manual

For Reception or Revenue, this manual is split into sections, and covers areas such as customer care on the telephone and face to face, enquiry handling, check-in and out, shift/office procedures and rooms management. It is intended to be used as a training tool within the department, both with new starters during their induction and as a point of reference for existing team members.

Individual Training Workbook

An individual workbook for each Reception or Revenue team members. It is intended to offer a comprehensive 8 week induction into the department, and includes self-learning exercises, daily and weekly tasks and training records to be signed off as the employee progresses.
