Fun, interactive training to improve customer care in all areas of the hotel. 1st impressions, the perfect 'welcome & farewell', identifying customer needs & creating service with a 'wow' factor, handling customer complaints & improving sales.
2 x 3 hour sessions, up to 16 delegates on each

Sales Workshop

A powerful workshop aimed at maximising your revenue opportunities. Enquiry handling, maximising sales on all distribution channels inc. the internet, ensuring a solid base of business, & rooms management strategies & tactics.
